We also retain order history relating to any items purchased via out website.

2.2 We do not collect personally identifiable information about visitors to our website when viewing and reading product information.

4 HOW WE USE COLLECTED INFORMATION

Please note that removing the data will cause the customer account to be deleted and they will no longer be able to place orders using the deleted account.

4.7 If orders need to be posted out, we will share your name and postal address with the courier company but this is used to facilitate the delivery of any orders placed. Our courier of choice is the Royal Mail.

5 CREDIT CARD SECURITY

5.1 We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. Payment is handled by Paypal, a recognised, established third-party payment provider. Your card details are stored securely by Paypal who operate according to Payment Card Industry (PCI) security standards.

5.2 We use the industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 256 bit encryption technology (when in use you will see the padlock at the bottom of the browser) which is the recognised standard for secure transactions.

6 HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

6.1 We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

6.2 Users may find hyperlinks or other content on our website that link to the websites. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our website. In addition, these external sites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing.
