How long do all of your products last?

The chocolate truffles last about a month. The fillings made up of caramel and alcohol will last around six weeks. The chocolate bars last one year while our chocolate covered brownies last one week.

What’s the best way to store your products.

The perennial fridge debate! Personally I would keep them out of the fridge in a cool, dark place and nowhere near a heat source. However if you want them to last a little longer then keep them in the fridge and bring them out about an hour or so before you intend to eat them. Treat it a little like cheese. The brownies are best kept in the fridge while the bars can be stored in a cupboard.

Do you make anything gluten free/vegan/sugar free?

With a few exceptions outlined in the ingredients, all of our truffles are gluten free. The same with our chocolate bars. Our chocolate covered brownies can be made gluten free but need to be ordered in advance.

Our truffles are unfortunately not vegan. The dark chocolate we use is made in the same grinders as milk and white chocolate so there will always be trace elements beyond our control. However we do have a no added dairy range which again is explained in our menu.

Unfortunately all of our truffles contain sugar which we use as a preservative to enhance the shelf life. Without it, the truffles would last less than a week.

Can I arrange my delivery for a particular date?

If it is a local delivery then yes you can. Just let us know when you are placing your order. For an order that needs to be posted, we will aim to get them as close to your requested date as possible but circumstances beyond our control means a date can not be 100% guaranteed.
