The Chocolate Mill MK is run by chocolatier Steve Mills.
He has a love of chocolates ever since he read Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (and it is still his favourite book) and has been fascinated with the ingredient ever since.
His love increased after going on a chocolate making workshop at The Melting Pot in Hitchin back in 2014. After finishing early, he delved into a number of chocolate books and came away enthused enough to start making truffles.
Developing and origins of the business
Encouraged by the results, he did some for a friend's 30th birthday who suggested he set up a company and selling them on a professional basis.
This lead to the creation of The Chocolate Mill MK which has been running since October 2015 selling a number of different chocolate products.
